  Amazing retreat in Semanyak
Amazing property and amazing staff! Wayan and his team were amazing and the property was so peaceful. We spent time eating freshly prepared meals and relaxing at the pool, wish we could have stayed longer! Proximity to the Main Street in Semanyak was great but really the staff was the best thing about the Villa.

  A beautiful, heavenly piece to relax and unwind.
This beautiful sanctuary is heaven on earth. We had both Villas booked and experienced such a lovely and relaxing time with our group of friends, and the children had a ball in the pools. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The bed slept great and the rooms were made up daily if you wanted to. The whole place was spotless clean and well looked after. Food served was amazing and the service was impeccable. Anything you need? Just ask the staff and it's organised before you know it. The staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful and friendly. In particular Kaben, Lise and Wayan - thank you all so much for your graciousness, support and great sense of humour. It's close to the beach, clubs and eateries, as well as massage places and little marts; all walking distance. And if you need a ride, staff will organise straight away. Beautifull, Clean, smell good all of our room and excellent hospitality, nice come again to Villa Kinaree. We got delicious Breakfast, Fried Rice, Fried Noodle and Chicken Soto, and they give us fresh Fruita Complimentary. Thank You Villa Kinaree, very Satisfying.

  Excellent time at Villa Kinaree
The villa exceeded expectations and the staff provided impeccable service. We organised a large group trip (18 pax) and there was enough space on the property for everyone. The pool in the centre of the villa was also an amazing addition, and we played some games in it. There was also complimentary breakfast, a pool table and a tv console (we brought a Nintendo switch for games). More importantly, the staff were responsive and accommodating. We booked our in-house massages in the early hours of the morning but the villa manager Donny and his team managed to settle in-house massage requests for the same day (usually at least a 2hr advance notice is required). They also arranged airport transfer on request for all of us (which saved us a lot of hassle).

  Exotic Balinese Villa at a great location!
Bedrooms & bathrooms are very clean & spacious! Everyone loved the private pool & pool table. Lounge & dining areas are spacious & well kept! Villa is just around the corner from Local Coffee mini cafe, pick up your piccolo/ flat white/ croissant/ smoothie bowl from here ; )

  Amazing Villa with wonderfully helpful staff
Amazing villa in the heart of Seminyak. We had multiple generations staying at the Villa from a 9mth old baby to grandparents. The staff were really friendly and super helpful going out of their way to help us with every request.   Outstanding Villa in Great Location in Seminyak, Bali
This is an outstanding villa. Fantastic design and beautiful furnishings. Great location literally right in the centre of Seminyak close to the beach and several top restaurants and bars. The staff were amazing, from the manager Donny and Head Butler Agus who were super welcoming, hospitable and helpful right through to the cleaning staff who kept the place super tidy and clean.   Great time celebrating Milestone 60th Birthday
We had a group of 9 stay at your beautiful Villa to celebrate hubby’s 60th Birthday! The Villa was amazing - the staff are beautiful and very friendly and welcoming!
