The Villa Kinaree Estate sits on 1800sqm of landscaped gardens just 300m from Seminyak’s best beach, featuring the palatial, 6-bedroom Villa Kinara, and its equally luxurious 4 bed sister villa Kinaree, which may be rented either separately or as a single 10 bedroom property, which we call the Villa Kinaree Estate. The Villa Kinaree Estate, right in the heart of prestigious Oberoi district, is only 300 meters from Ku De Ta and can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests.

The 6-bedroom Kinara and four-bedroom Kinaree both feature L shaped signature swimming pools, huge living rooms, indoor and outdoor lounging and dining, pool tables, vast individual bedroom suites, world-class interior design within a Bali setting, and every conceivable luxury for the sophisticated holidaymaker.

Villa Kinaree Estate has unrivalled facilities with 15 full-time staff, including a private butler for each villa, chefs, housekeeping, gardener, trained security plus on-demand chauffeurs, spa therapists and concierge, all dedicated to ensuring guests are pampered during every moment of their stay, except of course when they hang out the red 'do not disturb' flag to ensure total privacy.

Amazing
The staff at Villa kinaree are excellent πŸ‘Œ Anything you need the staff will get or arrange for you ,I would highly recommend staying here when you come to Bali. The bedrooms are every clean and the air-conditioning is game changing. From the swimming pools to the pool tables my stay was very comfortable

The Staff were fantastic. Wayan needs a special mention as he went above and beyond to accommodate all our wants and needs! Facilities, beach, and restaurants are just a stone throw away. We most certainly will be back to indulge . Thankyou for your hospitality 🧑

A great place to stay in Seminyak!
The villa is beautiful but the highlight is the people. Very comfortable and clean rooms and exceedingly competent, friendly and kind staff! Location is excellent for access to restaurants and clubs too. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Like having the run of your own hotel.
Excellent luxury Villa! Was so well looked after by the staff especially Wayan who was fantastic with all of us including the kids and took the time to learn everyone’s names! They were very helpful in arranging transport for the couple of outings we did and the food was very good. I left my shoes at the White Water Rafting and they arrangfor them to be dropped off back at the Villa! Group of 17 of us - half kids. They had a ball and a lot of time was spent in the beautiful pools.

Best Villa for Family & Friends
We had the best holiday with family and friends! The villa was amazing. Very spacious and private. Each family had their own space which was great! The staff were amazing, so helpful and went above and beyond for us. We can’t thank them enough! Would highly recommend and hope to visit again in the near future!

Amazing villa, amazing experience . Will be back!
We had the most amazing experience at this villa. Staff were amazing. The staff went above and beyond for us all. The villa was big , clean, great entertaining and extremely comfortable for us all. The villa is in a great location and close to everything. . Our 10 day stay was the best experience . We will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience and would love to come back
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their face and are some of the loveliest people I have met. The villa is very large and very spacious. All the rooms have ensuites and large comfy beds. Location is short distance to everything and I highly recommend for large family or a few family’s together.

Could not fault the Villa or the staff. The villa is centrally located and has everything anyone could need. Staff were excellent and went over and beyond what we could have ever expected, they made our trip. Special shoutout to Donny, Wayan and Kodak, thanks for everything guys! We’ll be back

Amazing retreat in Semanyak
Amazing property and amazing staff! Wayan and his team were amazing and the property was so peaceful. We spent time eating freshly prepared meals and relaxing at the pool, wish we could have stayed longer! Proximity to the Main Street in Semanyak was great but really the staff was the best thing about the Villa.

A beautiful, heavenly piece to relax and unwind.
This beautiful sanctuary is heaven on earth. We had both Villas booked and experienced such a lovely and relaxing time with our group of friends, and the children had a ball in the pools. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The bed slept great and the rooms were made up daily if you wanted to. The whole place was spotless clean and well looked after. Food served was amazing and the service was impeccable. Anything you need? Just ask the staff and it's organised before you know it. The staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful and friendly. In particular Kaben, Lise and Wayan - thank you all so much for your graciousness, support and great sense of humour. It's close to the beach, clubs and eateries, as well as massage places and little marts; all walking distance. And if you need a ride, staff will organise straight away. I highly recommend this stunning accommodation and will certainly return!
